— ✧ 01. Where can I commission you?

At moment I'm only accepting commissions via Discord (@hiyorifairy) but you can click here and submit a form so I can message you via Discord.

— ✧ 02. How does the commission work?

First, you need to read my terms of service and then choose one of the projects I offer. After you contact me, respond to my briefing, and make payment, I can finally bring your idea to life.

— ✧ 03. Are you accepting a new type of commission? I didn't found what I want on your design services.

Of course! I'd love to do new projects, but I'm currently not accepting commissions for logos, drawings, or carrds.

— ✧ 04. Are you accepting animated commissions?

No, I'm currently working on static screens/projects only.

— ✧ 05. What is skeb-style?

Skeb-style is a surprise commission: you send me a reference image or words, and I create based on that, based on my interpretation. There are no revisions, prices are lower than other projects, and you can only see it when I'm finished.

Design Services

Terms of Services

..General..

— ✧ 01. By commissioning, purchasing or participating in giveaways, you agree with my Terms of Service.
— ✧ 02. I may decline any commission request, don't insist.
— ✧ 03. I am not accepting animated requests.
— ✧ 04. No refund is possible.
— ✧ 05. Requests are made on @hiyorifairy at Discord only.
— ✧ 06. All projects will be used for my portfolio and may be posted on my social media. If the customer does not want to, an additional 50% fee of the commission amount will be charged.

..Payment..

— ✧ 07. Full payment is required before the start of the project but in some cases I accept 50/50: half of the payment must be sent first and the other half when the project is ready so I can send you the project.
— ✧ 08. I do not accept commissions to pay later.
— ✧ 09. Prices are in USD and the payment method is Paypal. For brazilian residents the payment method is PIX and the prices are in BRL.

..Commission..

— ✧ 10. Commissions will take between 2 - 5 weeks to be delivery depending on the complexity of the project. Big projects (as the ultimate streampack) may take up to 2 months.
— ✧ 11. For urgent projects that would take only 1 week, 100% of the project value must be paid separately.
— ✧ 12. The client can make as many changes as they want, I want you to be happy and satisfied with the project, so I will not charge for additional changes.
— ✧ 13. After the client contacts me via Discord, I will send a pre-briefing to understand the idea, I can accept or decline the commission. If the commission is accepted, I will send the full project briefing and only then will the client have to pay.
— ✧ 14. Don't be shy about answering the briefing and sending photos and references. Inspirations are always welcome, but know that I will follow my own style and will not copy any other artist's project. If you want that, commission someone else.
— ✧ 15. Projects will have two progress updates: sketch & final and updates will be sent via discord. The commission will only be continued after a response from the client, so the completion time will vary.
— ✧ 16. For Skeb-Style (surprise me) commissions there are no revisions and sending at least (01) reference image is mandatory.
— ✧ 17. I will send the project to your email for better quality, so don't forget to provide your email.

— ✧ 18. Commissions are for personal use only. Do not sell or distribute for free.
— ✧ 19. All fonts used in the designs are free for commercial use, so there is no copyright issue.
— ✧ 20. I own all the rights of the projects and I require that the client does not forget to give due credit for me @hiyorifairy.
